Using Kalonji (Fennel Flower/ Black Cumin/ kalzira/ কালজীৰা/ கருஞ்சீரகம்/ كلونج) to lose weight is to take a small cup and put Kalonji seeds in it than squeeze lemon in it and add as much lemon so that the Kalonji is fully dipped in that squeezed lemon after that keep that cup under the sun and get Kalonji dried. It has to be dried under the heat of sun. It may take 2 to 3 days to get dried. when it get dried than after afternoon and evening meal take 8 - 10 seeds and swallow it with water as Kalonji itself has so much heat in that so do not take too much of it.
